By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
We make and supply handmade food and related products. Products are prepared fresh and may vary slightly in appearance, decoration, size, colour or texture from photographs or descriptions. Images are for illustration only.
You are responsible for checking product descriptions, serving details and any information provided before ordering. Please contact us before ordering if you need further information about ingredients or allergens.
Products may be prepared in an environment where common allergens are handled. We cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.
An order request is not accepted until we confirm it and, where applicable, receive payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be processed, delivery is unavailable or we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and, subject to applicable law, return the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Please check your name, contact details, delivery address, requested date and order selections carefully before submitting an order.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless required or agreed by law.
Payment must be made using the payment method available at checkout or otherwise agreed with us. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Products remain our property until full payment has been received, to the extent permitted by law.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3‒5 working days after the order is accepted and ready for dispatch, unless a different timeframe is agreed in writing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather, incorrect address details or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, failure to collect or failure to provide accurate delivery details, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, is faulty, does not match its description or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
