At Sweet & Bitter, our products are prepared or selected specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes choosing the wrong product, ordering the wrong quantity, no longer needing an order, failing to collect an order, or providing incorrect delivery information. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy if a product:
The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the issue. We do not provide a remedy where the issue was caused by misuse, incorrect storage, failure to follow instructions, normal variation in handmade products, or circumstances outside our control, except where the law requires otherwise.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Cancellation requests must be made before we have started preparing or dispatching the order. Because our products may be made fresh or specially prepared, we may be unable to cancel an order once preparation has begun. Any cancellation or refund will be handled subject to applicable law.
